eShirt Himalaya expedition

In the ultimate field test, eShirt - a Bluetooth-enabled, wearable device that provides laboratory-quality monitoring of key vitals signs including EKG, heart rate, respiratory effort, oxygen saturation - ascended to base camp of Mt Everest. Partnering with Madison Mountaineering, Thuraya, WiCis and OCENS, this was a definitive proof-of-concept for the potential of remote vital-sign monitoring.
